The comfortable apartments of the Farmhouse – studios and apartments – are furnished in country style with Scottish fabrics, equipped kitchenette, heating, air conditioning, TV, bed linen, towels and kitchen.
Apartments and prices:
- room – 4 beds € 90,00 per day
- room – 2 beds € 60,00 per day
- room – 4 beds € 105,00 per day (July – August)
- room – 2 beds € 70,00 per day (July – August)
The final cleaning and water consumption of electricity and gas are included.
Additional services:
- Supplement of € 15.00 per bed
- Breakfast upon request € 5,00 per person
Pets are welcome in our farm.
At our farm are allowed only prior communication pet used to living in the house. The access of dogs or other animals inside the apartments is at the discretion of the Structure.
Dogs or other animals not vaccinated or affected by diseases communicable to people or other animals are not allowed.
To guarantee everyone a happy stay, we ask pet owners to respect the following rules:

It is forbidden to allow unattended dogs to roam, animals of any breed and nature. These must be kept on a leash, especially in the common areas frequented by guests of the farm or other animals. The owner is also required to take all necessary precautions so that the animal can not escape or harm people or other animals;

the owner of the animal is obliged to respect the hygienic sanitary rules and to obtain for this purpose the necessary material (pallet, bags for the collection of excrement, etc.);

the owner of dogs or other animals is required to implement all measures aimed at avoiding situations of hardship and complaints by guests of the Structure (noise, etc.), in particular safeguarding the safety and tranquility of the guests of the structure. Also, ensure that the animal has a behavior appropriate to the specific needs of coexistence with people and animals compared to the context in which it is living, taking into account the hours of rest and silence;

animals must not be left unattended inside the rooms. It is forbidden to pick up the animals on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.;

the owner or holder of the animal is responsible for any damage or injury to persons, animals and things caused by the animal itself.
There is an extra cost for each animal admitted and hosted: € 15.00 per day per apartment, for each large animal; € 10.00 per day per apartment, for each small animal. The supplement is required for cleaning the apartments and does not include the supply of food, kennels and anything else.
To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the expected stay is required. In case of cancellation received more than 5 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be entirely withheld.
