The farm I Casali della Parata extends around the accommodation facility and consists of about 32 hectares of land cultivated with vineyards, olive groves, kiwis plantations, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.
In mid-September the harvest of the yellow pulp kiwi begins, then the harvest of the grapes, olives and green kiwis will be harvested until mid-November.
There is a plant for the production of energy from renewable sources.
The restaurant of the farm offers typical local dishes and our accommodations are the ideal place to welcome travelers who want a stay immersed in the quiet of the countryside, all enjoying a view of the greenery of the surrounding nature.
Obtained from the spaces of the farmhouses, they are all similar in the country style furniture. The Scot is the master by giving a touch of color and the wooden furniture warms up the rooms, making them familiar and comfortable. Around the farmhouses extend the gardens with their flower beds and olive trees. The giuda tree in the spring is tinged with violet, jasmine and citrus trees emanate a delicate scent and the other varieties of plants scattered around the accommodation enrich the environment giving it colors and scents in every season of the year. The farm with its plantations is the frame.

The apartments are equipped with every comfort: double bed, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, bed linen and towels, with linen change every 7 nights for stays longer than 7 nights (nlide and daily cleaning are available for a fee), TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchenette equipped in the apartment and free cot (for children 0-3 years, except availability). Our guests can enjoy the garden, the panoramic infinity pool and a common barbecue. The property has a parking space.
